How can I tell when my subscription expires?
The easiest way to do this is to look at your address label on your last update package.
This customer’s last disc will be 2009-04B.
Update discs are closed twice a month: on the 14th (A) and the 28th (B). Continuing with this example, we see that this customer’s
subscription expires in 2009, on the 28th of the fourth month.
If it said 2008-11A the subscription would expire with the disc closed on November 14th, 2008.
The remaining information covers: Customer Number – Subscription Frequency – Expiration Date – Current Disc Update #, as well
as your ship to address.
