Frequently Asked Questions
The information I enter into my profile cover sheet keeps disappearing.
What is happening?

When creating your PCS, it is important to remember to stay in Record 1 of the flip pad.
Most times what happens is you use the scroll function on your mouse and get out of Record 1 and go into another
record. Meanwhile all the information you’ve entered is sitting in Record 1 (indicated by the flip pad).
Clicking on the Profile Cover Sheet gray button and the flip pad
tablet pages are two ways that will take you back to Record 1.

PRINTING YOUR PROFILE COVER SHEET
When you are ready to print your PCS, go to the File Menu
and Choose Print.
From the print dialog box you will need to be sure to choose
“Print: Current Record”.
Selecting current record tells it to print only Record 1, where
you just finished created your PCS. This is different from how
you print your compliance reports.
GENERAL
The PCS allows you to create a custom cover for your
reports. You can include information about the aircraft such
as Tail Number and the type of Airframe, Engine, and
Propeller. You also have the option of including your company
logo and a picture of your customer’s plane if you’d like!
