I get a message saying "this file has no program associated with it for
performing this action" when I open an AD Report (.ZAR files).

When using the Interactive AD Compliance Reports for the first
time on any given computer, you will need to click the large gray
button, located on the “Airworthiness Directives & TCD Sheets”
compliance report file type and trains your computer what program
to use to view this type of file.
When you successfully Initialize the Tool (play video), a dialog box
will appear asking you to “Please enter your user name:”. Feel
free to enter your name or leave this blank.
After the Introduction File opens for the first time, the Interactive
Compliance Reports will then always be available by clicking on
the icon in the top right hand corner of any AD Summary page.
If for any reason, the gray button does not activate the Introduction
File, and create the association you may do so manually by
double-clicking directly on IADCRT.exe at Data/ADs/AD
Compliance Reports/FM Reports/IADCRT Folder/IADCRT.exe.
If you ever encounter this error again, try initializing a second time
to see if this will simply solve the problem.
