What's the difference between an AD Report and an AD Form?
An AD Report is created inside the Interactive A.D. Compliance Report Tool (or IADCRT, pronounced eyed-cert). The IADCRT gives
you the ability to add, hide, delete and duplicate individual ADs as well as the ability to combine your airframe, engine, propeller and
appliance reports. With the IADCRT, you can create a Profile Cover Sheet and choose from among 3 different report layout options
(Standard, 10pp, and FAA). Data automatically flows between the 3 different reports styles and drop-down menu’s are available for
repetitive entries.
The AD Form only exists for those who prefer to print out a copy of the report and handwrite in the information. We are constantly
discussing whether or not we should remove the AD Forms from our product. We would love to hear your opinion on this matter.
