Checking to see if your computer is DVD capable is easy:
If you can answer YES to any of the following, your computer can read a DVD!
- I have watched a DVD movie on my computer.
- When I look at where I insert my disc into my computer, it shows a DVD symbol.
If you were unable to answer YES above, then most likely, your computer is not DVD
capable. Fortunately, DVD drives are available for anywhere from $40-90 at your general
electronic store. We like to believe that if you can work on planes, then you can install a
DVD drive.
